  • You'll learn how to do exercises correctly and use the equipment and weights in a safe, effective way. This ensures you get maximum benefit from your workout and minimizes the risk of injury. If you are a total beginner, using a personal trainer is a great way to start out.
  • Your trainer will introduce you to new types of exercise so that you don't get bored doing the same, old routine.
  • Your trainer will also provide nutritional advice and work with you on the best diet for your needs.
